Where digital tools are used, they support administrative or organisational tasks and do not replace human editing or academic judgement. 

Client Use of AI

We recognise that some clients may use AI tools in their writing process. However, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that any use of AI complies with: 

• Their institution’s academic integrity policies.
• Relevant ethical guidelines.
• Originality requirements.

The Academic Anchor does not verify or validate AI-generated content and cannot be held responsible for how such content is used within a client’s work.

• Rewrite or create AI-generated material for submission.

The Academic Anchor does not upload client work into public AI systems or third-party platforms where data may be stored, reused, or shared.
