At The Academic Anchor, we recognise that the documents and research materials shared with us are often highly personal, academically sensitive, or unpublished. Protecting the privacy and intellectual ownership of our clients is therefore a fundamental part of our professional practice. 

All documents submitted for proofreading, proof-editing, mentoring, or coaching support are treated with the strictest level of confidentiality. Client materials are used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and are never shared, distributed, or discussed with third parties. 

We respect and protect the intellectual property of all clients. The ideas, arguments, and research contained within submitted documents remain entirely the property of the author at all times. 

Client files are stored securely and are only retained for the duration necessary to complete the requested service. Upon completion of the work, documents will be deleted from our systems in accordance to our data management practices. 

Communication between The Academic Anchor and its clients is also handled with care and discretion. Personal details, academic work, and any information shared during mentoring or coaching sessions are treated as private and confidential.
